I’m having trouble accessing the Delivery Order from Logistics, Outbound, Delivery Maintenance

You can regenerate the document as follows:

1. Logistics Outbound
2. Delivery Information
3. Documents and Images tab, delete the document
4. Links Tab, Click on the document name to regenerate it
