Users can keep track of what states the wine is registered in, thprofilee registration number and when the registration expires

Any promotions, discounts or case breaks can be tracked as well


Sales and Marketing reps can keep detailed history around each tasting event including


  • Tasting Date
  • Tasting Time
  • Tasting Location
  • Hosted by
  • Event Name
  • Attended Y/N
  • Wines Tasted
  • Tasting Notes


Sales and Marketing Reps are also able to keep records of who requested samples, who they were sent to, customer feedback and if the samples have turned into order



Grapes gives users the option to upload and attached documents to wines including images of the label, Registration documentation, COLA’s, Sample Request Forms, Tasting Notes, etc.



With built in admin tools, users are able to customize the user experience by adding, removing and modifying the information that is tracked and also customizing the reporting tools around Tastings, Samples, and the Wine Profiles
