Quotes can be generated and managed from the back office software or from the mobile app. When quoting customers, the user can create a new quote or choose from the list of vendor offers and decide which offers they would like to quote against.
The system will generate a professional quote which can be emailed in .pdf form to the customer:
You can then go into a customer record to see a history of everything he has been quoted:
Or go into an item to see a history of all the customers who have sent quotes to for that item:
If the customer accepts the order it can be converted into a Sales Order, saving the user the effort of re-entering all of the information over again.
