Most commonly used by management and Sales Reps, the Sales History tool allows the user to report on sales by customer, product and sales rep as well as recognizing trends in sales activity. When viewed in summary, the user can get a sense of how the product has sold to all customers by month and compare against previous years to see if sales are dropping of for particular customers (they may be buying from another source), or seasonality.
