Part-Time First Level Software Support
We are looking for a motivated, positive attitude to join our team in supporting our software application by answering calls and responding to emails in a timely fashion. Responsibilities include phone and email support for our 500+ software users handing configuration issues and basic training of the system and documenting more complex issues for second and third level support teams to assist in diagnosis. Working with VISCO, you’ll be part of a support team of six people, including one additional first level support representative.
The most important qualities for someone in this position are to be friendly, empathetic and a skilled listener. Being able to convey information both verbally and in written form with clear knowledge of the subject matter is critically important as well. Some knowledge of computers (specifically Windows, Browsers and Excel and Word) is required. Experience in similar field is a plus, but not required.
